OUR LEADERSHIP
Mr. Hoa A. Nguyen holds an M.Sc. in Computer Information Systems from the University of Houston–Clear Lake and has authored or co-authored international research publications on Semantic Similarity Measurement, with applications in Biomedicine and Natural Language Processing.
Since founding YouNet Group in 2008, Mr. Hoa has applied his foundation in measurement, information systems, and data intelligence to build marketing intelligence and decision infrastructure for brands — evolving the organization from a social intelligence company into The Measure Group.
Mr. Tien holds a Master’s in Computer Science and Engineering from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology. With 17+ years in software development and enterprise solutions (intranet, cloud, AI), he leverages technology to optimize operations and create sustainable business value.
Hoang holds a Master’s in Business Management & Marketing from Solvay Business School (Belgium) and brings 20+ years of experience. He is an expert in business management, development, and consultancy for global and Vietnamese companies (Maersk, TNS, Kantar, Lazada, OnPoint, Klook, YouNet), known for passion, insights, and strategic partnership.
Ms. Linh has 15+ years in Advertising & Communications with strong expertise in Social Listening and Market Research. She holds a Master’s in Marketing, Sales & Services from Sorbonne Business School. With 12 years at YouNet Media, she has advised top brands (Nestlé, VBL, Samsung, Prudential) and drives solutions that create lasting value.
Mrs. Duong Pham has 13+ years of experience in Integrated Communication, Digital Planning, IMC Strategy, and Brand Building. She has hands-on experience as both a strategic consultant and entrepreneur. Duong has worked with leading brands across various industries, delivering impactful communication solutions and driving business growth through strategic and practical execution.
