OUR LEADERSHIP
Mr. Hoa A. Nguyen, Founder & CEO of YouNet Group, holds an M.Sc. in Computer Information Systems from the University of Houston–Clear Lake and is the conduct and author/co-author of seven international research publications (six IEEE, one ACM) on semantic similarity. Building on this scientific foundation, he created the TQMC (The Qualified Marcom Framework), redefining marketing effectiveness by unifying social data, e-commerce insights, and Qualified User Signals, positioning YouNet as Southeast Asia’s leading Data Intelligence Group for Digital Commerce.
Mr. Tien holds a Master’s in Computer Science and Engineering from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology. With 17+ years in software development and enterprise solutions (intranet, cloud, AI), he leverages technology to optimize operations and create sustainable business value.
Hoang holds a Master’s in Business Management & Marketing from Solvay Business School (Belgium) and brings 20+ years of experience. He is an expert in business management, development, and consultancy for global and Vietnamese companies (Maersk, TNS, Kantar, Lazada, OnPoint, Klook, YouNet), known for passion, insights, and strategic partnership.
Ms. Linh has 15+ years in Advertising & Communications with strong expertise in Social Listening and Market Research. She holds a Master’s in Marketing, Sales & Services from Sorbonne Business School. With 12 years at YouNet Media, she has advised top brands (Nestlé, VBL, Samsung, Prudential) and drives solutions that create lasting value.
With 22+ years of experience, I believe marketing’s true value lies in deep understanding. At YouNet AM, my team builds holistic solutions from market data, activating advocacy across employees, customers, and influencers to help brands nurture communities that speak for them turning trust into measurable, sustainable growth.
