ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues to decrease turnover rate and provoke positive changes in the people management
  • Implement and administer Division’s payroll in a timely and exactly manner and related issues.
  • Coordinates C&B processes like the salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, etc
  • Designs and develops compensation policies
  • Coordinate and implement hiring process based on pool of candidates from Managing Director
  • Assist in the setting-up of internal processes and document templates
  • Coordinate HR projects and training program for business unit
  • Other tasks assigned by HR Manager

BENEFIT:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years experience as HR general or related position.
  • Have experience in IT & Technology or Market Research or Digital Marketing fields would be a big plus.
  • Have HR experience with medium and large-size company (from 100 staffs and up).
  • Any other experience to prove that you can do well the job.

KEY SKILLS:

  • Write well in English, especially for well working with foreign staffs.
  • Strong and proven analytical skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
