We are looking for a Sr. Account Manager especially for KEY ACCOUNTS of YNG to combine all 4 key strengths of YNG: Technology – Data Research – Marketing and Consulting.

 

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Play as both “Strategic Planning” and “Business Consultant”, leaded by President of MarTech Unit, to go side-by-side as business strategic partners with key customers of YouNet Group in order to audit, consult and implement Digital Transformation to drive their business success (sales) in short-term and long-term roadmap.
  • To become expert and head of “Business Consultant”, “Digital Strategy Consultant” or “Martech consulting head”.
  • This Strategic Planning & Account Team is backed by experts from 5 member companies when conducting proposal & execution:
    • Brand & Digital Auditing: by YouNet Media & Buzzmetrics
    • Industry Data, Insight and Marketing Measurement: by YouNet Media & Buzzmetrics
    • Brand strategy, creative, communications & community: by YouNet Digital & YouNet Advocacy Marketing
    • MarTech Infrastructure & Data Solutions: by YouNet Group & YouNet Media.

 

  • Have great chance to lead and collaborate cross-function and cross-business teams of expert in Marketing – Technology – Social Research.
  • Have chance to learn the latest know-how and techs such as: Social Influencer Marketing, Social Listening, Data Analytics, Marketing Automation, Omni-channel Contact Center…
  • Report to YNG President of MARTECH

Promotion: Can be promoted to Account Director, Digital Consulting Director,  Business Director, Managing Director

 

Job requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience as Digital Account Manager and/or Planner.
  • Excellent in account management, team-working with internal and external partners
  • Have essential knowledge of brand, marketing communication, media performance, technology and tools (such as Social Listening, CRM, marketing automation)… is a BIG PLUS.
  • Fast-learning and adaptable with Technologies, Media and Data is a BIG PLUS.
  • Desired attitude: positive, can-do, hard-working and eager to learn new things
  • Strong management and presentation/communication skill
  • English: fluent in presenting & writing.
