YouNet AM (Platform-based Advocacy Marketing Service Agency)  is a NEW member of YouNet Group.

Our Advocacy Marketing uses all stakeholders related to brands to advocate brands: Influencers, Success Clients and Employee.  We use a set of tools to facilitate advocacy: Influencer Platform, Customer Community and Employee Social  Advocacy based on Enterprise Social Network.

We are looking for an experienced Operations Director to manage, structure and oversee this business’s operations, people and ventures.

The goal is to ensure the company is constantly moving towards fulfilling its short-term and long-term objectives and does not diverge from its strategic guidelines.

 

 RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders
  • Ensuring financial targets and other agreed targets are met in all departments.
  • Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities
  • Recruit, organize, training, coaching staffs to form a good operations system for the business.
  • Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance
  • Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration
  • Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities
  • Ensuring the business operates within the company’s mission statement.
  • Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the company in ways that strengthen its profile
  • Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth

Report to: YNG CEO
Promotion: Can be promoted MD
Benefit: Basic salary, management bonus and share package

 

REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven experience as Account Director/Operations Director or other managerial position
  • Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans
  • Experienced with digital product and digital marketing
  • Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance
  • Familiarity with corporate law and management best practices
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
