ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under the leadership of Admin & HR Head, the HR Supervisor is responsible for building, maintaining and developing Group Culture, People and Infrastructure.

  1. Process & System:

  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Evaluate current HR process and recommend changes
  • Develop the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintain historical human resource records by coordinating HR system projects

  2. Employee relation

  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues to decrease turnover rate and provoke positive changes in the people management

  3. C&B

  • Conduct annual salary surveys
  • Develop compensation and benefits plans

  4. Branding

  • Plan and coordinate company events that promote a healthy work environment

  5. Training & Development:

  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Establish and conduct new employee orientation
  • Host in-house training events
  • Organize learning and development programs

  6. Recruitment

  • Support improvements to the entire recruitment process
  • Suggest the recruitment program from strategic planning to implementation
  • Develop the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions

  7. Other tasks assigned by Admin & HR Head

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years’ experience as HR general or related position. Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Have experience in IT & Technology or Market Research or Digital Marketing fields with medium and large-size (from 200 staffs and up) would be a big plus.
  • Speak and write well in English, especially for well working with foreign staffs.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Creative, innovative, flexible, strategic thinking
  • Strong leadership & people management skills, empathy
  • High sense of judgement & responsibility
  • Possess high level of reliability, integrity and personal ethics
