Currently, we are looking for Content & Social Supervisor.


  • Manage a team of brand content creators and social media executive.
  • Act as a central point of reference and expertise for content and social; for both internal and clients.
  • Plan social content and the content calendar; ensure content optimization across platforms.
  • Lead the development and execution of all brand content, from conceptualization stage till last.
  • Develop content strategy (working closely with planner) and ensure content development is best aligned with strategy.
  • Work closely with art team to ensure content effectiveness is well-delivered through excellent execution.
  • Weekly report on content performance on social media platforms.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to relay customer feedback insights gained from online conversations within the communities.
  • Setup & manage team working processes based on company working platforms & systems.
  • Monitor all trends in social media tools and applications to identify up and coming opportunities.
  • Build excellence for both content and social teams.



  • Experiential Director


  • Previous experience working as a Content Manager/Supervisor.
  • Must have cutting edge interest in social media and be abreast with the fast changing nature of social media and ensuring that new opportunities for engaging with customers are realized.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills are essential.
  • A relevant degree in either marketing, IT or English is essential.
  • Experience in project management with flexibility to adapt to various project situation.
  • Capable of learning new technologies and optimizing working process to meet the needs of projects.
  • Understanding of SEM, SEO and social media landscape.
  • Proven track record in forming and implementing a content strategy including tone of
  • Brand publisher mindset, ability to understand what channels and content is most applicable for each brand activation.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram) and how they can be deployed.


  • More than 2 years’ experience in integrated agency at the same position/managing level.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong teamworks and leadership.
  • Team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when
  • Be self-servicing and able to act on own initiative where necessary.
  • Willing to learn and enjoy new challenges. High sense of responsibility, result-oriented
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format.
  • Must be fluent in English.
